The ultimate Ottawa gym and fitness studio is right inside Brookstreet Hotel! Our fitness facilities come equipped with extensive fitness equipment, saltwater pools, hot tubs, fitness classes and personal trainers. Flex Fitness Studio provides a wellness component for those who wish to stay active during their travels. For Kanata locals and visitors looking for a nearby gym, memberships are available and includes access to our seasonal indoor and outdoor pools.

- 1. How do I cancel my membership?

There is no cancellation fee; however, we require written notice before the 1st of your next billing cycle. Your membership fee is charged automatically each month until notice is received. Please email flex@brookstreet.com to initiate your cancellation.
- 2. Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes. The first month of your hold is complimentary. For the second month onwards, a hold fee of $25 plus tax per month will apply. The maximum hold period is 4 months.
Medical Holds: There is no fee for holds due to medical reasons. A doctor’s note is required to activate a medical hold.
- 3. Do you offer drop-in access?

We are currently not offering public drop-in access. Access is available to members and hotel guests only. Please contact the Flex front desk for further information.
- 4. Do you offer private pool rentals?

Unfortunately, we do not offer private pool rentals at this time. Our facilities are reserved for members and drop-in guests during operating hours.
- 5. How can I register for swimming lessons?
